Registered Seed Establishments
MMFI is now able to offer higher limits for the Mixing coverage effective immediately.
Premises & Operations
All custom seed cleaning undertaken by a Farm Registered Seed Establishment would come under the Farm Liability Wording
Any custom seed cleaning done by a Commercial (non-farm) Registered Seed Establishment would have the Commercial General Liability coverage.

The coverage is on a claims made basis
The following limits are available:
$ 50,000 limit per claim - $100,000 Aggregate
$100,000 limit per claim - $250,000 Aggregate
$250,000 limit per claim - $500,000 Aggregate
$500,000 limit per claim - $1,000,000 AggregateThe deductible is $1,000
If the basic operations are farming, the seed cleaning liability can be extended from the farm liability.
If the operation is commercial and not a farm operation, then the liability should be written under commercial liability.
